The Anti-Klown Army was started by Billy Boy the Clown after he escaped the Kartel. After receiving numerous green-lights on his head and no peace, he decided to start a Rebellion recruiting those that had questionable loyalties to the Kartel including PETT’s in training.

Vittorio is a mastermind that’s unlocked 98% of his brain power through rigorous experiments by an obsessed scientist during the Cold War Era. After escaping the clutches of the “mad” scientist with Nico, they formed the Klown Kartel out of necessity for survival. Now it’s arguably the largest and most powerful forces of power in the world today according to Vittorio.

Nico is the only survivor of the first round of experiments by an obsessed scientist during the Cold War Era in Europe. During his training, Nico unlocked the highest ability of military strategy and every type of fighting style known to mankind.

After escaping, he hunted down the mad scientist that was experimenting on Vittorio and ends his existence before he gets a chance to push Vittorio to unlock every part of his brainpower. They escape and have no choice but to build an army of their own kind to defend against the seemingly unlimited forces of power that wish them eradicated.

Underground Clown Network (UNC)

The Underground Clown Network is a network providing all resources to those that ultimately must choose a side to support; The Anti-Klown Rebellion or the Klown Kartel.

Smiley Brigade (Kartel’s Bodyguards)

The Smiley Brigade is a faction within the Kartel meant to maintain order, power, and clean-up anything that may get out of hand.

Potentials (Fresh Recruits)

Mr. X is an elite PETT working for the Kartel attempting to capture and bring Billy Boy back to the Kartel. Although against the rules, it seems every time he’s killed he re-spawns, so perhaps there’s more PETT’s wearing his masks attacking him?

PETT (Personally Expertly Trained Tool)

Personally Expertly Trained Tools are recruited potentials from humanities most gifted and intelligent human population that excel in certain skills and have passed the training regimen of the Kartel. After years of excruciating training and passing the Graduation Day Trials, the potentials then become PETTs.

Each PETT will now begin their journey to rank up their powers until they achieve their full potential to aid the Kartel in the restructure of the world.

Klown (The Not-So-Friendly Ones)

Nico is a master at arms and has mastered every type of weapon and fighting style known to man. He’s also the co-founder of the Kartel alongside Vittorio and has gone through the same rigorous training as Vittorio minus a few phases.
