About: After exiting the Kartel with the help of Billy Boy, he was one of the first members to join the newly formed Anti-Klown Army. He still had some morality left over after being “trained” as a PETT. Technically he was a PETT that chose to risk his life to escape rather than be a slave to the will of Vittorio.
