About: The Smiley Brigade is the Kartel’s elite unit of militarized Klown PETTs called upon to persuade, dissuade, eliminate or round up opposing forces, especially escaped Klowns and Potentials. If Navy Seals are the most powerful unit of military trained elites in the world, then they would be as powerful as an ant compared to a member of the Smiley Brigade. If things are “out of line” or not going to plan, the Kartel will send in a unit of SB’s to straighten out the trajectory.
